We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The view of the city is breathtaking, especially from the rooftop pool and restaurant. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city, and it was in close proximity to a beautiful park. The staff was kind, helpful, and spoke English well. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness.

Stylish, well-situated hotel with excellent views over Belo Horizonte to the distant hills that gave it the name. The restaurant on the 25th floor has the best view of all. The staff were friendly and efficient, most spoke English. The hotel was built in the 1970s and has changed little over the years, so if you appreciate the more restrained expression of 70s style, you will like the Othon Palace.
The hotel is conveniently situated at the intersection of two very busy roads, so if traffic noise keeps you awake this could be a problem. The 1970s windows do not keep out all the noise. For some reason there is no fourth floor, but this is not really a problem!

Very well located in the downtown. Staff is helpful. Breakfast buffet is good.
The room is badly lit especially if u wanna read. The television hardly has any english channels.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! the rooms were spacious and clean, with surprisingly comfortable beds. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to key attractions. Plus, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel has a great location close to a big park where you can stroll or do some exercise. the scenic view is impressive, and the city center is just a few minutes' walk away. the staff is courteous and ready to assist in whatever you need.
The noise level in the rooms is quite high due to nearby traffic, which can make it hard to get a good night's sleep.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, with the beautiful Parque Municipal just across the street. We were able to explore the city easily and found some amazing restaurants nearby. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping service was top-notch, and our room was always clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free toiletries. The television and alarm clock were a nice touch too. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious breakfast and a variety of tasty drinks.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable place to stay.
